In the heart of Calle Fuencarral street, between Chueca and Malasaña, this restaurant offers a creative menu, with ecological, organic, vegetarian and vegan recipes, to nourish body and soul.
Superchulo first opened in 2017 on Calle Manuela Malasaña street, where the legendary Irish pub Molly Malone's once stood. In September 2023, it moved to its current premises, with the group Con Fuego as its travelling companion.
Superchulo’s cuisine follows one of today’s most popular gastronomic tendencies, Rainbow Food, based on a diet with natural ingredients and preparation. In its “Plant Based” and natural dishes, the origin of the products and preparation process is taken into consideration, eliminating chemical processes or processed food, and avoiding the use of fryers or the microwave. Its dishes highlight the naturalness and bright colours of the ingredients.
