Latroupe Prado is located in the emblematic corner building between Atocha and the Reina Sofía Museum. This historical, protected building is laid out in a V-shape, spread over 8 floors distributed around an atrium. The concept combines the experience of a hostel with the quality of a high-end hotel and the comfort of a home, with rooms dotted over its 8 floors, which adapt to the individual needs of each “troop”.
Its restaurant Café de la Plata serves emblematic dishes from around South America and offers a special and spacious dining experience, with two large rooms for lunch or dinner along with a huge terrace that runs around the outside of the building, where you can enjoy a drink.
Downstairs, there is a coworking space where you can tuck into a good breakfast first thing, or work and hold meetings during the day. When the sun goes down, the fun begins in the almost clandestine area known as El Plata. A chill-out space where you can absorb the Madrid vibe, enjoy a drink and relax to the tunes spun by the DJ, although there is also space to host parties, events, gatherings, and even concerts, as it has its own club-worthy stage and music equipment. But don’t worry, it is thoroughly soundproofed so all the rooms are nice and quiet.
